Signing up

• When you sign up, you'll receive emails through the service. If you do not receive any emails, you should check your spam filtering settings.
  
  
• Payments made online are secure. To ensure your password is secure, you must use a minimum of 10 characters (a combination of numbers, letters, and symbols).

• If your water has been disconnected, you must contact us by phone at (530) 642-4000.

Please note that the new rates approved February 4, 2010 went into effect on March 1. Because of meter read cycles, many of our customers’ bills were calculated by prorating the charges according to the rates that applied both before and after March 1. Charges on those bills may not add to the total due that is displayed on the bills.

The total due is correct, but our system does not allow us to show the prorated calculations on the bill. Thank you for your patience, and give us a call at 530-642-4000 if you have questions.
