Clear Creek Aesthetics Flow Maintenance District
Established by Improvement District No. 97 (ID 97)

EID installed a permanent staff gage in Clear Creek on July 7, 2004 that is located immediately upstream of the intersection of Clear Creek and the Sly Park Road bridge crossing. On October 17, 2005 the ID 97 property owners and EID entered into a new Interim Agreement that modified the original 1974 agreement. A copy of the 2005 Interim Agreement is provided below.

EID agreed to maintain a target minimum flow of 3 cu-ft/sec at the staff gage. A rating table for the gage was developed to correlate the depth of water in the creek to a rate of flow. Historic and current gage readings, along with the corresponding creek flows and releases of water from Jenkinson Lake, can be viewed in the flow measurement documents also provided below. The rating table can be found at the end of the flow measurement file for each year.

Gage Reading Schedule:
Gage readings are taken weekly on Thursdays, followed by any necessary adjustments of the release to maintain the target flow of 3 cu-ft/sec. Readings are posted to this website approximately every other week.
