If you are a new owner of a home that is supplied with recycled water, an
information packet will be sent out to you at your new address upon closing
escrow. The packet includes all of the rules and regulations pertaining to
the recycled water program and a list of local contractors that are authorized
to design and construct recycled water irrigation systems.
Recycled water homeowners are required to attend EID's recycled water orientation. This meeting is also mandatory for any contractors who design or install recycled water irrigation landscape systems. The orientation provides information and resources for the design, installation and use of recycled water for landscape irrigation.
