    On Friday, February 21, EID sent a Proposition 218 mailer to all of its customers. The mailer contains information regarding proposed rate changes that reflect the maximum increase the elected five member Board could vote in each year beginning 2021 until 2025.

    Local Group’s Legal Challenge to Main Ditch Water Quality and Conservation Project Denied

    Lawsuit filed by Pollock Pines-based group that sought to prevent EID from piping a section of its vital raw water conveyance system under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) was denied on March 27 by El Dorado County Superior Court.
