3. Press 1 to initiate a payment or access account information

Online Bill Pay

Make a one-time payment with VISA or MasterCard as a guest without creating an online profile

2. Select “Pay Now” under Pay as a Guest
3. Enter your account and billing zip code
4. Enter payment information

Create an online profile to make a one-time payment with a VISA or MasterCard or sign up for recurring payments by doing one of the following:

1. Click here to visit our online bill pay site
2. Click "Sign Up" to create an online account or login if you have already created an online profile
3. Select "Pay Online" on the left of the screen
4. Select "Pay by Credit Card" to make a one-time payment or "Sign up for Recurring Payment" to have payments paid automatically

Pay your bill automatically in three easy steps:

2. Fill out and attach a voided check
3. Mail, fax, or email the completed form

In Our Office or Drop Box

1. Bring cash, check, VISA or MasterCard into our office at 2890 Mosquito Road, Placerville, CA 95667.
2. Drop your payment into our convenient drive-up drop box located at the address above in the main entrance to the parking lot. Please only place checks in this receptacle.

By Mail

Mail your check payment to El Dorado irrigation District at: PO BOX 981270 West Sacramento, CA 95798-1270.  

Payment Plan

 A payment plan may be extended if you are unable to pay a bill in full by the due date. Options to request a payment plan are as follows:

2. Send an email to billing@eid.org with your name and account number or service address and the repayment terms you are requesting
3. Contact Utility Billing directly at 530-642-4000 to speak to a live technician
